This security awareness course is intended to show staff how to properly handle email and best practices around how and when to use email to send specific types of information.
Through participating in this courses, staff will be able to define Personally Identifiable Information (PII), understand the impact of sending sensitive information over an insecure medium, and identify information that should not be sent by email.
